At Giannini Collection, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Our handcrafted Italian terracotta, French Anduze planters, fountains, and garden décor are professionally packaged and shipped using trusted carriers throughout the continental United States.
Order Processing

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Custom, special-order, or imported items may require additional lead time. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery dates when applicable.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Parcel Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via trusted parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Freight Shipping
Large planters, fountains, and oversized items are shipped via professional freight carriers. Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless otherwise arranged. Customers may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery.

Shipping Damage
While rare, damage can occur during transportation.
Upon delivery:

Take photographs of any damage.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to process a claim with the carrier.
